Refund policy

14-day guarantee. If Alien XY doesn't work as described for your use case, contact us within 14

days of purchase and we'll either help make it right or refund you in full -- no lengthy back-and-forth

required.

How refunds work. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within

5-10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your licence key is deactivated.

What isn't covered. Change-of-mind refunds after the 14-day window, or refunds requested after

you've built a production business on top of the software for an extended period, are handled

case-by-case -- ask us, we're reasonable about it.
